You can save time by catching pendants and crystals in specific positions.
Generally:
- Always have your hat well below the shadow of the pendant before it drops.
- Usually put the shadow on top of Link's face when catching a crystal.
- If the room was scrolled downwards when you picked up the Heart Container (mostly for Arrghus), you want to have the shadow right below Link's feet.
