Itemdash

The Item Dash is one of the most fun movement tricks that you can perform in the game.

It only work with the 1.0 version of the game

To do a item dash, you have to press the Y and A button on the same frame. If done correctly, you start dashing and using the item that you equipped on the same time.

Hammer and net are the one with the most visual notable effect. Item dash with the hookshot or a medaillon allow you get the same state than Spindash.

Hammer Dash

Hammer dash allow you to go through plot or pot

NetDash

If you try to catch afairy that are in a pile of rock or in a tree with a netdash you avoid the bonk

Boomdash

Item dashing with the boomerang allow you to trow a boomerang in one direction and dash in another one, just press the direction you want to trow the boomerang the same frame than Y and A, then release the direction to dash where you want.

Other one

Other Item dash like firerod or cane of someria are mainly frame savers, they just merge a part of the item animation in the dash charge.
